Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), aims at increasing machine availability and performance through prevention of equipment deterioration.
This in turn leads to an increase in production output and a reduction of costs associated with unplanned downtime.
This tool applies mostly to equipment but can also be contextualised to improve staff availability and performance.
Enrol into this module to discover how TPM can be applied to your organisation.
The optional Certification for Skills and Knowledge assessment option will require the development and implementation of a Maintenance strategy.
